Ingredients:
2 cups fresh cranberries
¼ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 tsp freshly grated lemon zest
½ cup sugar-free maple syrup
Instructions
In the inner pot, add the cranberries, lemon juice, lemon zest, and maple syrup.
Lock the lid in place; select Manual mode on High Pressure and set the timer to 5 minutes.
After cooking, perform a natural pressure release for 5 minutes, then a quick pressure release to let out the remaining steam, and open the lid.
Stir and mash cranberries with the back of the spoon to make a smoother sauce.
Spoon the sauce into jars, allow cooling, and store in the fridge.
Use for up to 1 week.
