Prep
Ingredients:
2 cups heavy cream
3 tbsp swerve sugar
4 tbsp unsalted butter
¼ cup unsweetened white chocolate, chopped
2 tbsp dry white wine
Instructions:
In the inner pot, add all the ingredients.
Lock the lid in place, select Manual mode on High Pressure and set the timer to 4 minutes.
After cooking, perform a quick pressure release to let out the steam, and open the lid.
Whisk the white wine into the mixture and pour into a serving jar.
Use immediately.
