Parsley Lime-Butter Sauce

Ingredients:
1 cup unsalted butter
1 garlic clove, minced
1 ¼ cup freshly chopped parsley
½ cup chicken broth
¼ cup freshly squeezed lime juice
Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions

Set the IP in Sauté mode and adjust to Medium heat.

Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in the inner pot and sauté the garlic and parsley until fragrant, 1 minute. Mix in the chicken broth.

Lock the lid in place; select Manual mode on High Pressure and set the timer to 3 minutes.

After cooking, perform a natural pressure release for 10 minutes, then a quick pressure release to let out the remaining steam, and open the lid.

Pour the mixture into a blender, add the lime juice, salt, black pepper, and puree until smooth.

Pour into serving bowls and use immediately.
