Ingredients:
½ lb. ground pork
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 cup almond milk
2 lb. white Velveeta cheese
1 (16 oz) jar salsa Verde
16 oz heavy cream
2 jalapeño peppers, sliced
Instructions
Set the IP in Sauté mode and adjust Medium heat.
Cook the pork in the inner pot until brown, 5 minutes. Season salt and black pepper.
Add almond milk, Velveeta, salsa Verde, heavy cream, and jalapeño peppers.
Lock the lid in place; select Manual mode on Low Pressure and set the timer to 1 minute.
Once done cooking, perform a quick pressure release until the steam is out, and open the lid.
Dish into serving bowls and serve warm.
